Returns & Exchange

Fish WOW! Shop wants all customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Our return policy offers a full refund on items returned within 7 days of the original purchase. All items being returned must be in new and unused condition. In some cases, returned items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Actual refund amount will minus the cost of shipping. We require all customers to contact us before returning their items. You may notify us of your intentions via email at customerservice@fishwowusa.com. Customer assumes all shipping costs incurred by the return shipment. We are unable to offer Merchandise Return Label unless it is a fault item.

 

Exchange or return is only allowed with original package, unopened and undamaged. If you have questions or need assistance with your return, please contact us at customerservice@fishwowusa.com.

 

For your protection, please insure the package for its full value and obtain a package tracking number. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange.
Please keep all packaging materials, manuals, warranties and accessories intact. Products with missing or severely damaged packaging, manuals, warranties or accessories will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for damage to items resulting from improper use not in accordance with listed directions or established practice.

Damaged or Lost Items

If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, please note the damage on the carrier’s freight bill or receipt. Be sure to obtain a copy of that bill or receipt. Once received, please keep the original package, and please keep all packing materials and parts intact. Please contact our Customer Service by email within two calendar days after receiving a damaged shipment.

 

If you believe an order has been lost in transit, please contact our Customer Service by email, as soon as you believe that a shipment has been lost in transit.

Additional Terms

If we send you a replacement item and you do not return the original item to us, you agree that we may charge your credit card for all items shipped to you, plus an additional shipping charge for shipping the replacement item(s) to you.

 

All prices shown on our site are cash prices in U.S. dollars.

 

All these terms and conditions, and all product specifications and prices, are subject to change. Any change will be posted on the site and will be effective when posted.
